ICCES co-hosted the International Conference on Geography & Geoinformatics for Sustainable Development (ICGGS)with Srinakharinwirot University, Asian Institute of Technology, and i-bitz company limited, Thailand. The conference was held on 7-8 May 2022 with hybrid platforms. Over 60 participants from Thailand, China, Vietnam, Kuwait, the Netherlands, Japan, and other countries participated the conference. Prof. Zhaohui Lin presented keynote speech in a topic of “The CAS Earth System Model and its Application”. Conference proceeding published in 2022.
ICGGS aimed to be a platform for academician, researchers, private sectors, and professionals around the globe who are working in Geography and Geoinformatics and relevant disciplines to exchange and share their experiences in applying Geography and Geoinformatics knowledges and skills to solve climate change, natural resources & environment, socioeconomic in accordance with sustainable development goals paradigm.
